Their customer support is pathetic. I have had a couple of issues in last one month and the service is just pathetic. They took 20 days to fix the issue and i could not connect to interent for 20 days. Besides the speed is not as promised.

Please dont go for tata photon plus. I have used it at Hyderabad as well as in chennai. For a 185 MB file to get downloaded, I waited for 3.5 hours. Its speed is just 20 kbps when i download movies or mp3 files. I heard that bsnl 3g and reliance are good in speed. Atleast they try to keep up their commitments. I have been complaining tata for the past 6 months and they did not solve my issues. Its completely worthless using tata photon plus.

I am located at Kalyani( Pin 741235 ).I have taken a Photon + connection No.9280034170 . I am not getting a satisfactory service . Probably there is something wrong with the hardware . I have complained a No. of times , but the relief has been only temporary .The technicians who have visited are only keen to prove that everything is OK .But my connectivity is very unstable . Link with server gets broken frequently . I want to request for a change of hardware .

i have tata photon plus it work properly till to 15 min after sometime generic host problem come what i have to it for i format my system for 2 time but it till come…plz send me what i have to do …???

Hi Frens,
I hve one suggestion…plse go for MTS MBLAZE..its an awsum new device. Speed is same as of tataphoton 3 mbps..n it is prepaid..so u dont have to burn ur pockets for extra bills and tax etc.
They say its Pan India..means can be accessed whole over India..but am lil scared as I am from NE India currently in Delhi..wana go to NE for one month break.But trying to do my job sitting home..will connection be really available there?
